Construction SEO Pros was founded by someone who’s actually been in the field, run the crews, closed the deals, and managed the marketing — not someone who Googled “how to market contractors” and started an agency.
The story
I didn’t start in marketing. I started in concrete.
My name is Keaton Bandhoesingh. I ran Atlanta Concrete Company — not the marketing for a concrete company, the actual company. I managed crews, bid jobs, poured concrete, and dealt with everything that comes with running a contracting business in Atlanta.
Over 7 years in the industry, I was responsible for over $100 million in sales. But here’s what most people don’t know — I also built and managed all of our marketing and sales systems. I did it because nobody else understood our business well enough to do it right.
Every marketing agency we tried failed for the same reason: they didn’t understand construction. They didn’t know the difference between a GC and a sub. They didn’t understand seasonal demand. They treated us like a dentist office or a law firm. The leads were garbage, the strategies were generic, and we were paying $3,000-5,000 a month for nothing.
So I built our marketing in-house. SEO, Google Ads, outbound campaigns, CRM systems — all of it. And it worked. We went from a small flatwork crew to landing contracts with Walmart, Tractor Supply, Chick-fil-A, and steady DOT work.
Other contractors started asking me how we did it. That’s how Construction SEO Pros was born.
